Pricing & Licensing

Perfware products are licensed through AWS Marketplace as a flat monthly software fee per tier. There is no per-GB, per-event, or per-metric charge — AWS infrastructure costs (OpenSearch, Lambda, S3, Firehose, etc.) are billed directly to your account by AWS at cost.

The model

• Flat software fee per tier — pick a tier; the fee is fixed regardless of volume.
• Deploy at your tier or any lower tier — one subscription lets you run one or more instances at your entitled tier or below.
• Shared infrastructure — AI Monitor and AI SIEM reuse the Log Processor VPC and OpenSearch domain, so adding them is an incremental cost, not another full standalone stack.

Enterprise & private offers

For larger or multi-account deployments, annual or multi-year commitments, or custom terms, Perfware transacts via AWS Marketplace Private Offers — custom pricing, term, and EULA negotiated per engagement and accepted through your own AWS account.
