Pricing¶
Log Processor charges a flat software fee only. AWS infrastructure costs are billed directly by AWS to your own account — there is no vendor markup on log volume, storage, or processing. You pay AWS at cost.
Note: Pricing figures below reflect the current published software-fee model. The Perfware Docs hub may centralize pricing in a shared section later; treat these numbers as factual reference, not a quote.

The "you pay AWS at cost" model¶
The software fee is separate from — and in addition to — the AWS infrastructure costs incurred by running the deployment. All AWS compute, storage, and data-transfer fees are billed directly to your AWS account by Amazon Web Services. The seller has no control over your AWS billing and provides no guarantees regarding exact resource consumption.
As a reference point, the Basic (datalake-only) tier runs at approximately $5/month in AWS infrastructure cost. You retain sole responsibility for modifying deployment configurations, managing scaling limits, and monitoring your costs via the AWS Billing and Cost Management Console. Multiple instances¶
A single tier entitlement lets you deploy one or multiple instances at your selected tier or lesser. Each instance deploys into its own isolated VPC. Standard AWS limits apply.
